  • Flower Mound/ Highland Village, Texas. I am located inside of Liberty Quest Counseling- 2330 Justin Rd #200, Highland Village, TX 75077. I can also see clients virtually across Texas.

  • Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure video calls, where we meet online instead of in person. All you need is a private space, a computer or smartphone with internet access, and a quiet, comfortable place where you can talk freely. Before the session, I’ll send you a link to the virtual meeting, and we’ll use that to connect at the scheduled time. During the session, we’ll work together just as we would in person—discussing your concerns, setting goals, and using therapy techniques to support your growth. It’s a convenient way to get the support you need, whether you're at home or on the go.

  • Yes! I offer in person sessions on Mondays in Highland Village, TX.

  • My fee for a 50-minute session is $150. I do not accept insurance, but I’m happy to provide superbills upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.

If cost feels like a concern, please don’t hesitate to ask about sliding scale options. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments because I believe cost shouldn’t prevent someone from receiving care.

  • Yes! In appreciation of those who serve our community, I offer a reduced rate for teachers, nurses, and first responders. Please feel free to ask for details.

  • Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you're not alone in it. In our first session, we’ll begin with an intake—I'll ask questions to get to know you better: what’s bringing you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This session is about building a foundation of trust and understanding, so you can feel safe and supported as we move forward.

  • The length of therapy depends on your unique needs and goals. Some people come to therapy for short-term challenges, while others may work through deeper issues, which might take longer. My goal is to equip you with the tools and skills you need so that, over time, you feel empowered to manage life's challenges on your own. Together, we’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust our work to help you move toward greater independence. Ultimately, therapy is about providing the support you need for lasting change, not a lifelong commitment.

  • Yes! I work with teens 13+.

  • Yes! I offer faith-based counseling when requested by the client. Faith or spiritual beliefs are only incorporated into therapy at your request and in a way that aligns with your goals and comfort level.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company may need to reimburse you for out-of-network therapy services. I provide superbills upon request, but reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.

When you call your insurance company (or check your online portal), you can ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?

    • What is my reimbursement rate for psychotherapy?

    • Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

    • Do I need preauthorization?

    • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

    • What CPT codes are covered for outpatient mental health therapy?
